How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. Please note that preorders are excluded from this timeline. There may be occasional delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or issues with the freight company.
How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive Once Shipped?
Typically, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, with DHL Express handling the delivery. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $20 for orders under $240 (335 CAD). For orders over $240 (335 CAD), shipping is free.
Will I Have to Pay Taxes and Customs fees?
No. We ship using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the total price. There are no hidden costs or additional fees upon delivery.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy (valid between November 12th and December 31st, 2024) We want to make holiday shopping hassle-free! That’s why we’ve extended our return period for the season. All purchases made between November 12, 2024, and December 31, 2024, qualify for an extended 60-day return or exchange period.
This means you’ll have even more time to ensure your gifts are perfect—or to make adjustments if needed! Our standard conditions for returns still apply.

Return policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Initiate Your Return or Exchange:
To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

A very nice and useful shirt for being active, it keeps you warm and dry but also cool and dry in all circumstances. I only wish there were a bit more choices in the bigger sizes like the hiking pants that would make it more great for me personally!

Prvic kupila AN izdelke glede na priporocilo. Ko sem odprla paket sem bila nad mehkobo materiala navdusena, tudi prilega se zelo lepo. Sem bila pa hitro razocarana, ko sem imela majico prvic obleceno za v hribe. Na ramenih sem imela ruzak in zapeto oporo okrog pasu. Na mestih kjer je bilo trenje opore in majice se je majica namuckala.
Pri oblacilih tega cenovnega razreda in ob dejstvu, da gre za sportno oblacilo, se to po mojem mnenju ne bi smelo zgoditi.
Vem za v prihodnje, da teh majic kljub temu, da so res krasne, ne smem nositi kadar grem v hribe.
Odličen nakup! Majico nosim tako za športne aktivnosti kot tudi v trgovino, doma. Skratka je res za vsak dan. V teh vročih dneh mi je posebej všeč njena ohlapnost.
