How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - this does not include preorders.
If you're planning on making an order between April 26th and May 2nd, please note that your order will not be sent until May 3rd. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Pick up
Packages can be picked up every working day (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 to 16:30 at the following address: Ulica Jožeta Jame 14, 1210 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will inform you via email when your package is ready for pick up.
COD packages can be paid with a credit card or cash.
*Please note that orders must be placed by 11AM in order for your order to be dispatched on the same working day.
