How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. Please note that preorders are excluded from this timeline. There may be occasional delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or issues with the freight company. 

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive Once Shipped?

Typically, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, with DHL Express handling the delivery. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $20 for orders under $180 (245 CAD). For orders over $180 (245 CAD), shipping is free.

 Will I Have to Pay Taxes and Customs fees?

No. We ship using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the total price. There are no hidden costs or additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Return policy

We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.

The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

How to return or exchange your order:

To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Our Ascent hiking pants, crafted from lightweight AscentTech material, deliver breathable, stretchy performance with a flattering fit. Built to last, these durable pants allow complete freedom of movement and are perfect for your toughest adventures. The AscentTech fabric efficiently wicks away moisture and dries quickly, keeping you comfortable throughout any activity.

Designed with two discreet, phone-sized pockets that won’t hinder movement, and an adjustable bottom leg to fit both high and low hiking boots. A bottom zipper makes layering easy, provides ventilation, and allows you to roll them up on warmer days. With a slimmer calf fit, they’re perfect for hiking and climbing. An adventure-ready essential!

Size & Fit

Our Ascent hiking pants are true to size, so there's no need to size up.

Since they're made from a very stretchy material, you may want to choose a size smaller than with our leggings, if you usually size up with our leggings.
