Return and refund policy

We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange. 

The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

EU Customers

We offer free returns, but this service is currently available only to customers in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. If you reside in one of these countries and need to return an item, you can do so at no additional cost. This way, you can place your order without worrying about the cost of returning it.

For customers in other countries, we are working on providing free returns and exchanges. In the meantime, you will need to cover the cost of returning items, but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement items to you. You can choose to send back the package using our DHL label for a fee of 20 EUR. If you opt to use your own courier and are from a country that requires an import procedure, we will charge you 15 EUR for import duties.

The refund for the returned products will be transferred back to the customer using the same method of payment used by the customer for ordering the product. The funds will be returned no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products. All returns are refunded directly to the original method of payment used at check out. If you paid for your whole order with a gift card, your order will be refunded to the original payment method - a gift card. If the purchase was placed with both a credit card or bank deposit and a gift card the refund will be issued accordingly. 

The refund includes standard shipping fees that you paid when you made the purchase. If you chose DHL express delivery, although there was an option for standard delivery which would have incurred lower delivery costs, we will only refund you the standard shipping fees.

International customers (outside the EU)

International customers (outside the EU) are eligible to receive a prepaid return label but are still responsible for the cost of the return. The applicable return label fee (20 EUR) will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exchanges are not available for customers outside the EU. However, you can return your item and place a new order. Once we receive your returned package, we'll process the refund for your original purchase.

Bundles returns

If you decide to return one of the items from a bundled offer, the remaining item will be charged at its full price, and you will receive a refund for the price difference. Similarly, if you choose to return the entire order when a free gift was included, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund, and you will only receive the difference in the amount you paid unless you return the gift in an unused condition.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product, we cover the costs of sending you an alternate product onceExchanging a product more than once is not possible. We will refund you and you will have to place a new order. If you've purchased your product using a discount code, or during a campaign, we don't offer the same discount if the discount code or campaign has expired.

Exchanges are not available for customers outside the EU. However, you can return your item and place a new order. Once we receive your returned package, we'll process the refund for your original purchase.
