How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. Please note that preorders are excluded from this timeline. There may be occasional delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or issues with the freight company. 

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive Once Shipped?

Typically, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, with DHL Express handling the delivery. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $20 for orders under $180 (245 CAD). For orders over $180 (245 CAD), shipping is free.

 Will I Have to Pay Taxes and Customs fees?

No. We ship using the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the total price. There are no hidden costs or additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Return policy

We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.

The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

How to return or exchange your order:

To start a return, log into your customer account and navigate to your order history. Select the order and items you wish to return, then submit your request. Once processed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that there is a $20 USD (or equivalent in CAD, approx $27 CAD) fee for the return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Alternatively, you may return the items using a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Our Pro Hoody is warm, breathable, and moisture-wicking, with a classic grid pattern that traps heat and enhances performance. The micro grid boosts warmth and breathability, reduces weight, and packs easily for your adventures.

Materials & Care

Material: Pontetorto® Microgrid fleece fabric is bluesign® approved (94% Recycled Polyester, 6% Elastane)

Care: Machine wash cold (max 30°) and line dry.

  • if possible, wash in a laundry bag
  • avoid washing with items that have velcro or zippers
  • avoid constant exposure for longer periods of time to velcro or zippers
  • gentle cycle (max 1000 rpm)
  • never tumble dry
  • do not use fabric softeners

We recommend you choose your regular size. If you prefer a looser fit, size up.

  • Hidden pocket

    A single left-chest pocket with a hidden zipper and vented mesh lining for secure, breathable storage.

  • Thumbhole cuffs

    Discreet on-seam thumbholes provide extra warmth on chilly days.

  • The model is 162cm tall, weighs 52kg and wears size XS

    Full YKK front zipper

    The full front zipper offers easy temperature regulation, with a soft zipper garage for added chin comfort.

  • Tailored hood

    The scuba hood features an elastic-bound opening, keeping out the cold and fitting comfortably under a helmet.

Zelo mi je všeč, to je že tretja. Najprej sem jih imela, ko še niso bile jopice, tudi tiste so mi bile zelo všeč, pri tej novi pa mi je všeč predvsem to, da ima še več žepkov :) Zelo je pripravna, lahko je kot samostojna majica, jopica, lahko pa tudi kot neka srednja plast pod še debelejšim puloverjem. Zelo udoben flis, kvalitetno zašit predvsem. Samo barva me je malo razočarala, ker je preveč zelena, na sliki je zgledala drugače, bolj modra. Drugače pa res super flis, ki ga bom z veseljem nosila.
